did not recognize # so I remained silent after p/up landline, after long silence (could hear car? engine in background) male voice said "we're coming to get you" & ***g up. Freaky funny but creepy

To whom it may concern;These people are scammers! They tell you they can reduce your credit card interest and save you all k8inds of money! When I was originally called they told me I needed to give them a credit card number in order to begin service, but I was told it would not be charged the $695.00. I called them after the intial credit card statement was charged in order to cancel.They sent me a letter wanting me to sign to authorize service, which I never signed. But now I'm tring just to get the charge off my account, which I hope will be taken care of. Someone needs to get the culprits of this scam!
