Harvard Collections is trying to collect on an account that was disputed and is 7 years old.Statute of limitation in my State is 6 years. I told them that they call a***n I will contact FCC..
They call my office at least 6-8 times a week. I've added the number to the "National Do Not Call Registry" to no avail. They actually left an abrupt message on the ma****e once. Since then, when I pick up I get silence, when I don't pick up my answering ma****e gets that ****-up / dead line tone.Surely there is so****ing that someone can do about this harassment . . . Class-action lawsuit?
