They told us that they were doing updates to the modem on our account and it was not working on their end. They asked to confirm the modem number. Once they had that they had access to our computer. We realized they were a scammer before they completed their job. We pulled the cords out of it to stop data transmission and ***g up.

this number keeps calling and saying they have the wrong number then when I call it back it says it is unavailable. it makes weird noises when I call though.

This guy is running a scam, he is trying to buy Computer Equipment with Stolen Credit Cards. He will tell you he is from the Twister Group and give you their info. BE WARNED He is using stolen Credit Cards
