Lies about possible info he needs and when you pay down payment the site will be maybe half complete with misspelled words. and other errors. He will get to a point where he will stop answering his phone completele and you deposit and payment will have been in his possession and your sit is incomplete. He must be stopped before he rips off other small and micro businesses.
