I have received a su****ious message from Premium Gifting.  The message****ures me that they are not telemarketers, that they know I am on the "Do Not Call List" so obviously they wouldn't be calling me if they weren't legitimate, that I had won a prize, and that I was eligible for one of four more including a new car.  This is obviously a new scam but I don't have the time or inclination to expose it.  If I had really won a prize, I would receive notice of it in the mail.  Legitimate companies don't act this way. The number they called from is a Chicago number:  773-891-2786.  As they are in the USA, these people could get into some trouble for pulling scams.  If anyone is interested, take a look at their hinky website: http://premiumgifting.com.

I guess I won a car too!  They called once left a message stating I won top prize a car, and that it is time sensitive, they never called me a***n after that!  I NEVER fill out contest forms, so I knew it was some sort of scam!

Same as Dave....seems like a scam to me specially since I never enter or win anything!

Same here too! I won 4 prizes and maybe a new car to call asap to claim them... I filled so****ing out 12 to 18 months ago.... (I just got this number too so I know this is a LIE) and so****ing about ""time shares""They mention they are not telemarketers and they are allowed to call cause it has nothing to do with the no call list...Only because they want to give so****ing away for free if I pay out my a** for a time share. Are they going to pay my bills then too??!!

Calling at that time of day violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I'm sure they are a collection agency and are bound by that law.  I would report that to your State's Attorney General's Office.
