Leave a CommentThis is obviously a scam. My wife received a call and they ***g up on me when I inquired as to what the "lawsuit" was about. I have filed a complaint with the AG's office. We'll see what happens.
Got a message from an attorney's office on my voicemail saying they were trying to reach someone named Richard (or the call was from Richard, I don't know) and that I owed money and needed to get in contact with my attorney as the "situation unfolds," which is funny because I owe money to no one. Also said "best wishes to my kids," and I'm childless. Awkward. Called back and received a message from my cell phone company saying the number I was trying to contact was out of country.
Received threatening call stating that i did not pay on Payday loan and was going to prosecuted by the law if i did not give them my credit card number right then and pay for the debt.I do not have any debt or know of any company who gave me a payday loan. I ***g up and wont take any more calls from this number they have called 2 more times and left threatening voice mails
I received a voice mail message from "Kevin Foster" stating myself or my attorney of record must contact them immediately. They did not leave a company name but stated "good luck as this situation unfolds" and "best of wishes to my kids". What kind of company allows their employees to actually leave voice mail messages like that knowing they can be saved and replayed!??
