Called my elderly mother about a check I supposedly wrote 7 years at a gas station for over $100. I told them I have never written a check at a convenience store for that amount. He said I could settle it for a fast $50 n wanted my credit card no. He said It would save me app $2000 n court costs. I told him I was on disability n he couldn't legally touch my check. He ***g up on me. I'm reporting him to state attorney general

received a call, however missed it. They left a VM (don't remember what the guy said his name was) but was with CRS &****oc. Stated that my bank had returned payment and I had 48 hrs to return their call before they filed a***nst me in the county I reside in. ????? I called my bank, asked if there were issues with my acct as I have a substantial amt of money in my acct and nothing should be returned. I was told that nothing had tried to be put thru. I called back to give them a piece of my mind..... NOW they don't wanna talk to me. LOL SPAM people, no worries! But I would strongly recommend you not give your personal info to them!

I received a call from this number stating they are CRS &****ociates and the call is about a returned check. The recording states that I have 48 hours to call them back or stay on the line & they would help me. This is fraud. I stayed on the line to ask them to remove our number because they called a business & its a pain to get ****** phone calls They ***g up on me... Creeps!

Received a call that I had 48 hrs to take care of a matter regarding a returned item from my bank..... I don't owe anyone anything BEWARE ITS A SCAM!!!

keep getting calls from this recording about a returned check from my bank. funny how they dont say which bank or for what amount or anything. I called to see what this was really about since i rarely use my checks and dont have any outstanding. Some guy answers as if i was calling a friends house. Just ***g up. what a weak way to scare people to call. As if that trick will make me trust you or want to hear a **** thing they have to say.
