UNKNOWN IT CONSTANTLY CALLS

I called number back. A guy with an accent answered saying Cash Advance. Told him to stop calling my number. He said no problem. I have recently been (last 2 weeks) getting calls from all over the U.S. About 15 different #'s and they call repeatedly. This is after looking for a primary doctor online and only 2 of the calls were regarding the doctor search.

Called my elderly mother about a check I supposedly wrote 7 years at a gas station for over $100. I told them I have never written a check at a convenience store for that amount. He said I could settle it for a fast $50 n wanted my credit card no. He said It would save me app $2000 n court costs. I told him I was on disability n he couldn't legally touch my check. He ***g up on me. I'm reporting him to state attorney general
