Relentless calling

jack daily phone calls, never leave messages some4 times 2-3 a day

This guy calls every year stating he is collecting for the American Veterans. Always rude, harassing.  Used to call from a blocked number, now uses this one.  When I recognized his voice I asked to be taken off his call list.  He said "NO" and ***g up. Very sad our Veterans are getting this bad rap with ungrateful and arrogant people like this calling the public representing American Vets.  A friend gave his life in Afghanistan this year.  He died a hero but I wish we had the opportunity to cele***te his "Veteran" status.
