This caller was listed as a Fall River number so apparently I picked up, thinking it might be a client or someone looking to sell or rent. She proceeded to ask to speak to the person that pays the electric bill so it was a telemarketer trying to pull a bait and switch! I am also in the do not call list so I reported to the FCC

Harassing text messages and gross calls stating that the person has rapped my son.
