Robo caller with a credit card interest rate scam.

This number was given to me by a man who caused a car wreck He hit me and said he had the wrong plates on the car. Said he just put the wrong plates on after buying the car which he was going to refurbish. I took the plates down 163A30 and name given was Tyler Bloodso. I feel so ******. He said he would pay to fix it because he does the work himself.
