I wish I'd have checked this site before I answered the phone. They claimed to be my insurance company and said there may have been a c****e in coverage from some equipment that I have. Then they ask me who I'm covered by and I'm like, you guys and you know that. So she counters with that they want to make sure I'm not covered by someone else. If that's what they wanted to know they should have asked me up front. This is very underhanded. I have a chronic condition I was born with. The insurance company has me in a special program that's supposed to help me manage it. I personally think it's a big waste of money. There are times when I record results that should raise a red flag and they should be calling me to check on me, but most of the time they don't.
