UNKNOWN CALLER is what name appears as, never leaves a message. I do not answer Unknown callers and they can not be blocked for some reason. Can someone help

Spamster calling, did not answer.

Becky Has called my cell phone twice in past week, on 8/6 and today, 8/12. First call, they left no message, so couldn't have been very important. Second time they called, I hit "Reject". Why would there be no tracking info, even general location, if the call was on the up and up? HAS to be Spam!
