The “Hello” spammer

I got two calls from this number. Both hung up right after calling me, ringing for half a second.

“Hey it's Kate I'm just calling up on that email that I sent regarding additional funding for your business um _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ starting a little bit lower than I thought this month right around a 4.2% so I wanted to give you a quick ring and see if you had a need as we _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ the summer season if you do give me a call back I'd love to go over the rates and terms with you I do plan on being here for the rest of the day today so um hopefully I get to talk to you soon thanks…”
