Text was only one word, “Stacy?” I think 785 area code is Nevada . I text back, “who’s this?” & got no response...

CT They call repeatedly and **** up when my answering ma****e picks up. It is "Contact America" and I called them back, blessed them out twice...no humans answer, just ma****es, but BOY did I leave messages! It is in Fort Hays, Kansas. I suspect Fort Hays University somehow involved, maybe someone got hold of their student emergency phone numbers?
