Anonymous Alot of calls

Voicemail says: "Not authorize this order press 1 or press 2 to authorize this order". 4 second voicemail. That is all.

Told me they are going to **** me.

Said they were going to hire a hit man to **** me and my family.

Threatening that Local Cops are going to take me into custody, that there are 4 serious allegations a***nst me( Pressed on your Name ) and I need to contact them so they can discuss the case a***nst me before taking any Legal Action a***nst me

I received my recent credit card statement showing "PERFECTACCESS 785-728-4529CYP" and a charge for almost $100.00.  I never received a call from this company.  It just showed up on my bill.  I did not order anything from them.  When I called my credit card company they could not tell me the name of the company only the telephone number.  When I called this number I spent a total of about 8 minutes on hold.  They answered with "you have reached customer service...."  No company name.  Please advise who this company is.  If I have ordered I would like to know what and from whom.  If not I would like to have the charge reversed on my credit card.  Thank you.
