Richard Wanted to lower credit card rate to 6%. They ***g up before had a chance to talk to "1". I usually play along and spend as much of their air time as possible. Am retired and sometimes it makes me feel good to waste their time, also I try to get as much info as possible. Business is picking up, kept a scammer (she was new at game) on the phone for about 1hr and 42 minutes.

The caller calls repeatedly. Once you call back it states that the mailbox is full and can not accept any more messages. I finally answered the call and all you can hear is what seems to be a room full of callers. Finally the person says*****o and claims to only speak spanish and says so in a very clear and well spoken american accent.

I received a call from this number and it's a "promotion" from the Hotel Melia in Rio Grande Puerto Rico, they say you have won a vacations and all that stuff... Tricks!
