He was foreign and****ured me a loan after purchasing a gift card of $150 for him to verify I have funds in my account. After purchasing this gift card and giving him all the information, he then proceeded to tell me funds would be deposited within 45 minutes. He then called back and told me the “Tax Department” needs to verify 250$ in my account. ITS A ***KING SCAM!
