Phone rings but there is no one there when I pick up.

No message left.  Called back twice - immediate busy signal.

Keeps calling my number at all hours of the day and night.  The most annoying thing I have ever come across.  I am going to contact the telecommunications carrier for this number, which is Paetec Communications at (800) 978-7532.  I am hoping all of you will do the same, so maybe this will come to a stop.

I got call from this number, they like to talk  mostly women or children, when I answer the third time they ****-up.
