Call back this number immediately to discuss your case and avoid arrest
First a man called our landline and s****ed talking as soon as the phone was answered. He said “ You must leave your place of work immediately....!” My husband ***g up. I called the number back on my cellphone and the first time someone picked it up and I could hear a lot of noise in the background and they immediately ***g up. I called it back and a man said that he was with the Dade County Department of Fraud. I asked him to repeat what he had said. The second time he said “I’m with the Dade County Department of Fraudulent Calls. He then s****ed asking me for my name, I told him a different name, then my zip code and I gave him a neighboring zip code. He asked what city and I gave him the name of the city as the zip code. He then said that there was fraud linked to the person who owned the phone. He apparently has the name that the number is listed under. Then said “ I don’t trust you are who you say you are!” He ***g up after I said no, but I am married to the owner of the number and can verify anything you need. Tried to call back a third time and no one answered! I looked this number up on three other sites and it came up as not a valid number. These people are making it impossible to have a phone. Landline or mobile! It’s getting worse by the month and as people are loosing jobs and the pandemic is going on. We are still going to drop our landline and I hope that either Apple or AT&T gets this under control. I got at least 3 calls in the past two weeks saying my Windows computer was being hacked and we don’t own any windows products anymore. Mostly because even with antivirus software they still managed to hack into the systems. So we are completely Apple now! Also don’t fall for anyone who calls you from Apple as they never call customers, they have an elaborate system where they send you a code by text and they have you call them and then enter the code. If you’re still doubtful it actually Apple, they will give you the name of the products that you own as well as the unique identifier number each device has. I always go to Apple support and request that they call me for any issues.
