Don't know if they are a spammer. I was hoping you could help me with this.

This is a scam and they are relentless & harrassing

Wanted to let me know what I can save with their company.

The number called me. I heard noise in the background. Seems they must have **** dialed me. I believe when they realized it they ***g up. I called the number back immediately. No answer and they had a voicemail that was not setup.

This phone number is connected to someone playing a recorded doll asking how are you today.

They ***g up when Google****istant answered my call to scan them

SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center?) calls - I do not answer. They leave no message. Once a day for last three days - different displayed numbers
