Believe me if you have a smart lawyer you can have it dropped for good..happened to someone close to me...they can not ever take them back to court because it was proven in court that service of do***ents was not done properly and they had no proof of debt...and good for you for following thru..most people feel they have to pay up and that there isnt anything you can do...and the other guy is full of baloney...shouldnt judge people without all the facts!!!
Hey smart guy? How do you justify your total *****ic mind with that garbage? You all of a sudden are a genius and can judge other people without knowing them or what they go through? Nice dude, way to go jack***. I have had persoanl experince with these so called attorney debt collectors. I took my rightfull day in court and sued them for there lies. They got a judgement on me without my knowledge. I went to court and got it reversed. They couldnt even provide the court with a signature or even anything for that matter proving their case of debt they claim I owed. Its guys like you that make the rest of us sick dude !!!!

That's because you borrowed money from a financial ins***ution, and never paid it back. Your rightful day in court is meaningless.....he who steals, shall be stolen from.Maybe if you paid your bills instead of complaining about your poor decision making on the internet you would be in a better place in life
This caller leaves an automated message telling me to call their office. They then state their office hours. They are calling me every other day and it is annoying.
These people got a judgement a***nst me in April - WITHOUT GIVING MY MY RIGHTFUL DAY IN COURT - and take $600 to $900 A MONTH depending on if it's a 2 or 3 check month!!! They call my house 8 or 9 times EVERY DAY using different numbers with different names (Law Firm, 800 Service) to get me to pay it off sooner IN A LUMP SUM! I am about to lose my job - this is TOTAL HARASSMENT!!! Thank God I have voice mail records dating back to May - I will be taking them to court when this whole mess is done!
This number keeps calling and asking for someone that don't live at this number. Please stop them!!
