Leave a CommentI got a call from a Toya Reeses. She tried to make ***ual advances toward my husband.once she knew his income. She sounded really desparate and like she really needed a man. She called at all hours of the night until I accused her of being a w***e. What tra*** I THINK HER REAL NAME COULD BE TANGO-IT FITS.
I just got another call AT WORK from "Miss Dupree" from People First Recoveries. Don't these people even care about following the Fair Debt Collections Act? I'd report PFR to the Attorney General, but the last time I did that, the company escalated its actions and garnished my wages.
I just got a call from "Miss Dupree" from People First Recoveries at work. When I explained that I could not take these calls at work, she asked me if I was refusing to pay the debt. I told her I didn't have enough information to answer and ONCE A***N, I cculd not take these calls at work. She ***g up on me. No wonder I don't talk to these people until I have monety to s**** making payments.
The actions of "People First Recoveries" is exactly what the Federal Fair Debt Collecting Practices Act and the film "Maxed Out" have tried to prevent.

This is from People's First Recoveries. Bob Hayes is a collector in New Jersey who called me regarding an account that I had not had since 2003. I asked him to validate my account and will also fax him my request. When I asked for specific information, I was transfered to his manager who told me that he could not provide that information to me, but that he can send me a single letter from that particular creditor that he is calling about a legal debt. www.peoplefirstrecoveries.netPeople First Recoveries2080 Elm Street SEMinneapolis, MN 55414Main Office:1-866-582-5443Fax: 612-746-4023 Alicia [email protected] (toll free)Jaclyn Trovatojaclyntrovato@peoplefirstrec.net612-362-88021-866-644-8802 (toll free)
