Its Conns. They came to my house three days ago to fix a TV under warranty that I bought about six months ago. Just missed the 800.224.3952 call but they called me from the same # when setting the appointment.

NCA or MCA Financial Systems calls repe***ively on a daily basis asking me to call them back (800-224-5915 - Mrs. Paris) Ext. 2167. I don't owe anything them and I am in agreement with my debt. I filed a complaint with the FTC a***nst them.
800-24-8606 Has been calling for 2 months and leaves no message. When I call back there is usually no answer. I blocked the number, but some how they keep calling. Pain in the neck.

From what I understand this number is from the (but probably not solely to) The Flagship Resort in Atlantic City. If you have had a friend visit one of those timeshare programs, this is where they have received your information. I'm not sure, but you can ask your friend/loved one to contact the resort and have your name and number removed from their system.
They have called me 2 times this morning and it is 11:01 am. They call about every 2 hours. On the caller id they are unknown.
