Got multiple successive calls from ***. Have told them I don't want any additional services and that the retention department needs to call me because between these calls and the ridiculous amount of money I pay a month, I am ready to get my Internet from another provider and I can go without cable because I have Netflix anyway.

Yes, that's *** Communications. First the ma****e call you and if you pickup it will transfer you to an agent. They are trying to get you sign up with other services.

I get calls from 800 numbers who do not leave a message and who's numbers are not listed. I called the number and found that it is my cable carrier, *** Communications, the customer service rep "guessed" that they were calling to solicite more business from me. HOW ANNOYING!!! Why would a legitimate business NOT list their 800 number??? Why would they not at least leave a message???
Got a call from this number, did not leave a VoiceMail either.
Why are they calling me since I am on don't call list.
