Leave a CommentPerson calling VIOLATED FDCPA. Gave her name and a call back number, but refused to tell me what company. I told her to remove me from her list, she refused saying it is a business matter. When called back refused to ID company a***n. I issued a verbal cease and desist to the calls until she agrees to ID the company she's calling from. She did slip and tell me it was a medical thing for my wife and she cannot tell me the company, however, FDCPA states she must provide the info when asked.
Automated call from a Mrs Williams at National Medical Imaging. She knows my name and says to call her. When you call the number back it's another automated system that no one answers. They have called every day for over a week.
Seems like a scam. They demanded that I send them money within 3 days or they will harm me. They claim that it is for a medical service from 3 years ago. They haven't and won't send me a bill or a list of charges. They mention Wilkens NMI.
