jus called didn't answer

I was used to get so ticked about this until we got a phone recently that I can set to block numbers that I do not want calling me. Once I establish that the call is bogus I just click to save it to my block list. Now when they call it will ring once and then show up as a blocked call. I can still look on my caller ID to see the number that was called. The company will be fined for each complaint so that is the best way to get taken off their mailing list. If I can I take the time to report each call.

alot of 800 numbers call daily. very annoying. I was told to turn on my "no soliciation" and this would stop the callers. It saves you from answering, if it is a person on the other end, they have to press one otherwise it turns off!

Must be Tracfone calling a***n to remind me to buy more minutes for my "Straight Talk" account... But, why don't they leave me a message?!?

Candace, thanks for the info. This number showed up on my landline caller ID. I do have Straight Talk as well from Wal-Mart. I don't know if they're calling me to remind me that my plan has to be renewed soon, but if that's the case, then, leave a message!!!

Called, and put me directly on hold without saying a word. I have majic jack, and my number is not listed. I have no idea who it is. We have no outstanding debts, so I do not believe that is related. Also, for the person who posted about Straight Talk (T****), I too have Straight Talk. And, they ARE affiliated with Trackfone. Straight Talk is owned by Net 10, which also owns Trackfone, and they all three use Verizons towers for their service.

I see by reading other people's posts that it's probably Tracfone calling. I have a pre-paid "Straight Talk" plan from Wal-Mart, and this plan isn't affiliated with TracFone.

They call a lot & it's getting on my nerves since i donno who they are.I wish they would stop calling me, i'm sure i'm not interested in what theyhave to say.

Constant calls from this number to my home phone...I don't answer it but they continue to call.....

name of comp not provided but I'm sure it would be a tracfone promo call recording if I got to the phone on time...why don't they call the tracfone (instead of my home phone)?  Do they know minutes are up.

calls several times a week

I have received 10 phone calls from this number in the past week. They list their number as a toll free call. When I called their number to identify them, they identified themselves as Tracfone. I have informed them in the past that I did not want to receive any phone promotions, or specials by email or phone calls. I have a tracfone cell phone, so now they decide to call my land line phone. I am registered with both the national and Wisconsin do not call lists. Apparently they think that this does not apply to them.

Leaves messages constantly on my work phone number with the number 1-800-293-4306. There is an automated recording that says so****ing like: "hi it's julie from tracphone calling with money saving offers. You have taken advantage of our money saving offers in the past. Call to find out about these offers and let us know if you would like to continue receving these reminders." It's the same voice/message all the time so it has to be a pre-recorded automated dialer, not a real person. When I call the number it only gives me two options to continue to receive these annoying calls or to opt out but I am already on the DO NOT CALL list for 3 months and I should not have to call to opt out and they keep calling.

tracfone wanted us to add minutes to cell phone.

This number calls quite often. It is aggravating to receive an unsolicited call even though I do not answer calls from numbers that do not have a caller ID.

called house twice and ***ody on other end. calls came within 2 hours of each other

I get these calls every day several times a day. There are about 4 or 5 of these 800 numbers that call one right after the other. It seems like all you get done doing is checking caller id all day. It's annoying to have a recording and no one on the other end that you can tell to don't call ever a***n. I just answered this call but didn't say anything. It does nothing for a few minutes then you get a busy signal. When are these calls going to quit?

tracphone left message...had a tracphone about 6 years ago...how do these telemarketers get away with this...

We had a TracFone for my son years ago. I can't even block this number. I see "800 Service" in my CallerID many times per week. This is no service.

Calling my home every evening, every half hour. When we answer no one is there and we don't hear a recording. It's maddening.

Keeps calling, at least four calls during the day when no one is home, and NEVER leaves a message.

These people call us all the time and it is really getting out of hand, if i wanted their dam product i would buy it on my own,. Stop calling our home phone number and do not call our cell numbers.

This number continually calls offering tracphone cards and minutes. Even after told to stop calling

Prerecorded message which is illegal. Told me I had won extra minutes for my track phone.
