gregory Sorry if you think we should KINDLY call you and give you our phone number. I never filled out anything from Global Knowledge or ever requested any information. So if you're calling me, it's unsolicited, which is illegal since my number is on the do not call list. So if someone is rude to you, there's a very valid reason, and I'm sure if you were in the same situation, you would be upset as well.

Received multiple calls where it automatically ***g up each time I answered the phone. Now they are saying that this was their "attempt" to collect an outstanding debt and have turned the case over to an attorney's office. I smell fraud. Anyone have experience dealing with this agency?
spokenfor Calls early morning before 8am & has called late nights @ around 9pm. I am not past due-but do owe money. They are still billing monthly charges of $6 though the credit card department has closed since February 2009.
It's US Bank debt collection. If your account is severely over drafted or your credit card has been way over limit for a long time, then you will get a call from these "fine" folks.
