This is a scam using “Geek Squad” and saying that your account has been renewed for $390.90. It gives the number 800-325-2936 so that when you call they’ll have access to all your information.

I agree with the previous comment. Except that I went to the ER at Rush Hospital here in Chicago. The original I was called from is 773-377-9402 with a voicemail from Danielle!

alaska lady 3/27/2019 This is a very active spammer/fake collection agency--possibly one buying "old, uncollectable accounts" or maybe trying to create fake debts when a person answers "yes" to their call in. I have NO Debts or credit cards/files open at this time ( that I know about). These calls started after I signed up with creditkarma to check my credit score!!!

A Danielle left message referencing pain medication that they might be able to help with. I don’t know her, I don’t have pain and I highly doubt that doctors and the pharmaceutical industry are now blatantly pushing painkillers. Stay away from this scam! I’ll try to report them to the FTC or FCC. Need to find out which one is handling it.

it’s a scam they claim it’s the Social Security office saying my Social Security number has been taken I need to call them before they discontinue it .

MM A call came to my cell phone from this number. I listened to the message, which was simply a recording giving the same number to call back. Nothing more, nothing less. I recently bought a new car, I have excellent credit and other than my new car, I only have one creditor, no credit cards. So annoying.

Karl The call was from BoA. I logged into my BoA account and there was a transaction with this comment:"A declined transaction is a transaction that was attempted against your account but not approved. If you identify this as a fraudulent transaction, it will be noted on your account but you will not be reimbursed, since the transaction did not post to your account." Also got email from BoA 12hrs 25min after the phone call. As a precaution: DO NOT CALL BACK to a suspicious number but do log into the account they say was compromised. In this case the call was really from BoA.

Anonymous The Caller ID only shows this caller as OUT-OF-AREA. This caller calls at all hours of the day or night repeatedly. They never ever leave any message on my answering machine. And if I try calling them back, they never answer my call, and let the phone ring off the hook instead. Based upon my research, my findings are that this caller is Western Union at either Rapid City, MI 57701 or 119 Second Street, Soperton, GA 30457.

*UPDATE* This is Bank of America's fraud division. I also received an email. Apparently they denied a $10 charge from GA and an $85 charge for "Big Foodies" in the UK (I'm in Kentucky, USA). They are sending me out new cards.

Machine left voicemail asking me to call back about possible fraud (Bank of America). I'm not calling.

Online it says they speak with a foreign accent and claim to be from ORM outsource receivable management a so called collection agency. Several say a man named Damien leaves a message. It sounds like phishing to me too. One guy said that he just got into a new home and knew his credit was fine and they claimed he owed money. He's never received any kind of bill either.

Claim they are Bank of America. They keep calling and asking for a person who doesn't live here and won't remove our number from their system.

CT Drive I just found out what this number is.  It is the collection agency that many towns in CT use for back taxes.

I got a recorded phone call "concerning business you are currently conducting" and the recording declared that "this is not a sales or marketing call." I am not conducting any business with anyone, especially not someone calling anonymously to my home phone. The calling voice asked me to call a representative at 800-324-3440. Who are these people and why are they calling me?

Rec'd numerous phone calls to my cell phone. Attempted to ignor for couple months, but kept calling and leaving mssgs for the adult of household with a reference number to call back.  Fed up, called, gave reference number...was asked if I'm so and so...said no...told sorry, we'll take you off the list.  Probably some collection agency, sorry SOB'S..would not tell me who they were.

We are a business and these people ask for the owner, when you ask for them to take you off their call list, they hang up on you.

I was called and told to call this number to send my grandson $2000.00 Bail money for fishing on Native Land in Canada.  They identified themselves asWestern Union.

Caller said her name was Sara. She called a place of business looking for one of our employees. I told her we do not accept personal calls. She would not tell me what the call was about or what company she was calling from.

I did not get my last months bill, with the most current one I noticed that I am behind one month. I set up a payment with my bank and it takes 2 days to get to them but W.F. wants their money NOW! and has started multiple daily phone calls. Hold your horses Wells Fargo.. payment is on the way. Stop calling me multiple times. You can't make it happen any faster by calling a bunch of times, I'll just unplug the phone.

Do not EVER call me again!!

I receive a call at home from this number nearly every day for several months now (sometimes multiple calls in a day). I work night shift, so these calls interupt my sleep. I make it a habit not to answer calls I do not recognize, and a message is never left. Can someone please make it stop.
