I am unsure who they are. They were incredibly RUDE and wanted my social. Sounds like a scam to me!

calls leaves a message, doesn't say what it is about, then calls neighbors saying he has so****ing for us.  Is this legal.

We are on the national do not call reegister. When this caller phones you get connected with an automated voice message saying that all representatives are busy!! I don't know who you are and don't want what ever it is you are offering. Stop calling.
