It is Central Financial Control. I called back using another phone. That is a debt collection service that is trying to collect for hospital bills.
Someone called asking for "Nicole" and they sounded like they were in a bathroom, or tunnel.
Calls daily but there is no one there when I pick up the phone so I don't know who or why the call occurs.
