They have told me it is health insurence and that I don't have to pay for a deductible it's a zero dollar deductible and fifty for dental. Becareful if it may be a scam!!

I am on the national do not call list and received a voicemail from this telemarketer. The number they gave me to call back was 1-800-683-0347. The message I got from the call was to dial an international number 10-15-15-8000 or 10-15-58-8000.

I have been getting faxes listing this and similar call-back numbers for over a year. The sending fax number is not printed on the fax as required.

Business always closed, what's the point?

I've called automated removal system twice to be removed, and called & spoke to a person directly. After hearing his sales pitch (tee-hee) I told him that I received a junk fax. I let him ramble on because I wanted to determine who it is...supposedly Choice Health Care. Junk faxes are illegal in California.

Recieving unsolicited faxes from the company (United Business Resource****ociation) for health insurance offers. The number to call and be removed has been called and the fax number entered several times, but they still keep faxing the adverti*****t.

I called back the number they gave if I wanted health insurance. Unpleasant man that answered said the name of their company was Choice Medical and they were located in Georgia. That's all he would say.
