800-349-6460 called me at work. I don't have a Macy's Card so I called the Customer Service number listed on Macy's website and was told it is a valid Macy's number. I would still suggest not giving them personal information.
Woman called from above Number saying she was from Macy's and asking for a return call to activate my Macy's credit card. I called Macy's at the number listed on their website and confirmed that 800-349-6460 is not a legitimate number for them.
Called about needing to reactivate a my Macy's card for use outside of the store.
