Anonymous Preys on the elderly and those with disabilities. My 92yo dad gets up to 7 catalogs per day at his assisted living facility. I put a hold on his account due to ridiculous buying by phone (my dad doesn’t even have or know how to use email or the internet). No matter how elderly, forgetful, hard of hearing he is during the “order” they always process his order. I was promised the catalogs would stop and they would flag his account. Guess what - another catalog and order today. It took 15mins for him to finally complete the order, and they disregarded the flag on his account and allowed him to order. The shipping is as much as the product - and customer has to pay for returns. This makes returning whatever it is losing even MORE money. I am trying to find a lawyer for a class action lawsuit over deceptive practices and preying on the elderly. This has to stop.
