This number calls posing as Soc. Sec. Admin, and states the following: “hi this is officially a final notice from the Department of Social Security administration and the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there is a legal enforcement actions filed on your Social Security number for fraudulent activities so when you get this message kindly press one thank you…”

Lumpy Caller ID only says Toll Free, but it is Bay Area Credit (https://www.bayareacredit.com/home.htm) . I called them back anonymously and their switchboard answers as Bay Area Credit Services. I only have past due medical/surgery bills (major bucks $$$) that are in dispute with my insurance carrier, so I'm pretty sure it involves them. In any event I am terminal. If they can get any funds from me after I'm in the ground, more power to them. In the mean time they can **** me.
