Leave a CommentI was just left a piece of paper on my door**** stating to call this number. There is no company name/log on the paper. The name is listed collection department. I laugh at the fact it says to have my account number ready. Which number? Who is it from? Sounds like a scam to me. I was even home when it was dropped off. If the company wants so****ing from me why wouldn't they knock and talk to me about it?
This is/was a mortgage company calling looking for their monthly payments. They call every couple days looking for their payment even thought they got it. The problem with this company is, it takes several weeks for them to post your payment... Anotherwords your payment is late no matter when they get it. (extra late fees)I have been working with them for 14 months to get a "modification" just found out after calling weekly/monthly that the paperwork has to be resubmitted, they couldnt tell me this 10 months ago. When you call them, and let them know the payment is in, they get rude, they give you fake extensions to call with fake names. You never get the same person twice.
I get calls from them every single day. I don't know how to make it stop!
THIS TELEMARKER HAS CALLED ME AT LEAST 100 TIMES. EVERYDAY FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS. THEY WANT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AND SOCIAL NUMBER. I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM AND DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
leaves message with company name cut off. when you call back, the beginning of the message is a***n cut off but then asks for your loan number or social security number. Since you won't have a loan number not knowing the company, you have to enter the SSN (I did not) Seems like a scam.
If you call a toll free number from a pay phone it cost them about $0.30 for each call. If everybody would call the toll free number from a pay phone several times a day their cost of business would increase - perhaps enough that they would go out of business When calling the toll free number you just have to make sure the call connects. You don't have to have a conversation. Once the call connects, even if it’s just for a second, they get charged the $0.30
Appears to be fraudulant. They request one or two pieces of info, your loan number or social security. No live person to speak to.
This is NOT First Horizon. They have gone out of business and were bought out by MetLife. The pressing 3 and then 0 trick does not work anymore. This is just a scam to get your SSN. DO NOT enter it.
1-800-364-7662 they left message; "you have a very important message please call1-800-364-7662" They might try to sell life Insurance.
The keep you on auotomated hold and menu. They ask you to punch in a loan number or your social security number. I have no buisness dealings with these people. I have no loan and I refuse to punch in my ss# . Possible fraud & scam !!! They continue to call and tell you to call the same number back. You can not reach a live person. I want my name & number put on the DO NOT CALL LIST !
I have received two calls from this number in the past thirty minutes on my cell phone. They are not leaving a message. I had calls from this number a few months ago also. I called the number back and the company name was First Horizon.
