The Wayoming Collecntion Center filed suit a***nst me in June 2007, I answered the suit and challenged them. Nothing ever a***n from them until today January 22, 2010 and I recevied a letter wanting almost 2000.00 from me. Apparently, I failed to appear in court to fight this BUT ironically, they never sent me the court date. Shady, lame and obviously scared of a fight, these people are the lowest level of s***.

I keep getting calls from this number too only calls on sundays and they give me a reference number and I think its a scam. Very sketchy especially on sunday...wouldnt a law office be closed on sundays. They call every sunday at 1:28 pm.

"This message is for ______________, My name is Candy and I'm calling with the law office of Jonathan Jensen. Could you call me at 1-800-364-9901?   Thank YOu".

I get this call every Sa****ay at approximately 1200 PM. It is always a recorded message.

They have been doing the exact same thing to me for quite awhile. I want to know if its legitimate. Should I return the call? Are they fraudulent and sear****g for id theft info or what? Like everyone has said, they seem fishy and they dont talk about what its in regards to in the message.

Called with stern voice,repeating his name and attorney at law.Didn't say what it was in regard to.Don't really know attorney's with a 800 number.Sounds fishy....

Call from Gerald K Russel - 1800-364-9901 stating there was a collections issue... Left a case file number.. No referance as to who it was for or about....

The message was from a Jerald K. Russell, He mentioned his name twice and then spelled it. He state he was a attorney at law, when calling the number the voice on the message did not identify what company you are calling. Sounds flacky.

Left message around dinner time on a Sa****ay night (5:45pm) saying he was Joe K. Russell attorney at law, he mentioned he was an "attorney" about 4x. He left a file # to mention when I called back on Monday. Odd thing was he never said who the call was for or what it was in reference to, just to call and this file #, not very efficient or "attorney like". Have been getting the "this is the law office" call for about 6 months now with the female voice, maybe "Joe the attorney" is a new wrinkle.

She said it was a law office, regarding a reference number and I must call them back on Monday morning when it is Tuesday evening.
