They are collecting a medical debt. I never received a bill from the lab and don't think they ever submitted it to my insurance. I asked AMCA (American Medical Collection Agency) to fax me the original bill 1 month ago, and a***n 2 weeks ago. Nothing received. They have not called me that I know of. Only mail.
