Automated voice stating a collect call from the St Lucie, FL, county jail comes through the main phone line of our medical clinic. We do not have caller ID on this line, so all calls are answered. This seems like a phising scam wanting us to call 800-365-0036 to prevent further calls. When this calls, it takes up one of our lines, preventing patients from rea****g us.

I asked for info from National 2 months ago. Online. No response for a week. I then called them. Received info over the phone for a certificate program s****ing Feb. 1st. I was interested in. Never received info in mail, never a call back until the last few days. I have received about 5 calls a day. with ****ups, no messages. Between the time I first made contact, and now, I did some research on how previous students liked it. They said very poor communication with getting all materials needed;lack of staff members to answer questions;financial aid issues. Unfortunately, only Sac State(next fall) or National offer this program.
