Leave a CommentMultiple calls without any message, quite annoying.
Calls daily, near 08300 AM, middle of the day, and near 0800 PM. Calls two to three times on that number. It is an unlisted number and I have been told by a woman that Mr. Ray gave them that number. I tell them I am Mr. Ray and did no such thing as it is unlisted. Sounds like 2-3 different accents of male and female.

Little store credit like that. They are the most annoying people on the planet. They will call up to 12 or 13 times a day on an auto-dialer to every number that they have for you, s****ing at 8am and calling EVERY hour till almost 10pm. They will call you at home, at work, on your cell phone, at your references #'s. That can add up to more than 40 ( FORTY ) CALLS A DAY !!! HSBC is the HONGKONG S****HAI BANKING CORP. They don't care about any laws they are breaking or how unethical their business practices are. There is no way to stop them from calling, short of a cease and desist order, and I doubt that would even stop them. Their agents seem to be farmed out in INDIA, so they could care less. I guess they figure "Whatchu gonna do about it ??? " 1 payment crosses in the mail and they SLAM YOU with 30.00% interest rates and lower your available credit to whatever you owe them at the time. *****s. Read the fine print on every store card you apply for. If it says HSBC on it anywhere, tear it up and throw it away. RUN AWAY. Webster's defines Predatory Lending as ; see HSBCCaller ID: NoneCaller Company: HSBC RetailCaller Type: Collection Agency
Calls atleast 10 times daily. No message, don't care if I **** up they still keep calling. My number is unlisted and on do not call list but it does not matter to them!
Call almost everyday like 10 times a day from early morning to afternoon. They're on my reject list and yet they're still calling. Quite persistent ******s.
Extremely consistant, even if you have kept in touch with them and kept bills paid. Gets annoying. Mitsubishi, Yamaha Motor Corp., Best Buy, all bank with HSBC and I think Helzberg Jewlers has before and may still be.
This person calls my home from approximtely 8:00 in the am to 8 of 9:00 in the evenings. The person they are looking for does not reside here and I have told them this. I gind atleat 8 or 9 telephone calls from them a day. I personally DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING.
It's funny how you pay off your bill and they continue to call day and night to offer insurance on the card and other **** that I don't want and then I keep asking them to stop calling me. But of course they don't stop, they want you to spend.
I always get this number and for some reason no one ever answers when I say*****o, sometiems its just a bunch of noise and once it even tried connecting me to some telemarketing person.
Calls every day for the past week between 8:00-9:00 a.m. No messages. No reason for HSBC to be calling me. HOW DO THEY GET CELL PHONE NUMBERS? There is yet no published cell phone directory!!!!
Hello, people! It isn't illegal for a debt collector to call you. Pay your credit card bills and they will stop calling you. HSBC is Best Buy's bank.
I have been getting calls from this number multiple times daily for the past 2 weeks. These calls range anywhere from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm. I am also getting the same treatment from
This number calls me at least twice a day. This is annoying.
They call many times during the day. Day after day. and my account is current. I told them this was harrasment, and they stopped for a couple of days. But now they are at it a***n.... they also call from
I do not know this caller!
These people call more than 10 times a day sometimes using different numbers. Our phone number is on the "Do Not Call" list yet these *****s keep calling. I am going to file the FTC complaint, but I'm also going to the AG, this **** needs to stop! Good Luc****
HSBC 800-365-6538 800-959-1373 CALLS 6 TIMES A DAY EVERYDAY.FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS.GOV.NO CALL LIST,NO HELP.
rude communication. wont disclose business name. wont disclose intent of call.
same calls every 30 mins.
Calls constantly! Never leaves a message.
I am current on my one tiny little account with them. I am guessing they are calling to authorize a charge I placed that has still not shown up on my online "recent activity". However, they won't leave a message and keep calling my cell. I tried to answer it WHILE AT WORK and got a message asking me to hold for an important message as all their representatives were busy. I don't have TIME for this at work. I guess I'll try to call after work and see what I can find out. It's just so fricken annoying. Why don't these companies just leave a message? It sure would save alot of wasted time and money for everyone!
call many times each day beginning around 8am and ending before 9pm
called nearly every day 5-10 times a day for the past several weeks, don't know who they are, i have taken to just answering the phone and leaving it on the table. they can hear my conversation, but i won't respond to them.
Calls several times a day. When we answer there is no one on the other end. Never leaves a message when they get our ma****e.
They just keep calling with no message left. I have no credit cards and don't owe any money. I tried to call them and it was an automated answering message. They wanted my account number, however I don't have any bills that money is owed so I couldn't talk with anyone.
calls several times a day I answered the phone 2 times & both times was asked for a Scott Wilson. I told her both times Their is no one here by that name. She just keeps calling.
They call every day, four or five times a day. If you answer, they ask for your name, but won't tell you who they are before you verify that you are who they are calling for. If you refuse to answer their questions until they tell you who they are, they ignore you asking them who they are and repeat themselves. If you ignore their call, they **** up when they get your voicemail or leave a voicemail that says: "hello.*****o.*****o?" and then **** up. They even s****ed calling other members of my family that I don't even live with and they do the same thing to them. They ignored my family's requests to never be called a***n at that number. The number they called that was my family members was never even on my account. So obviously they are going through the phonebook of so****ing. I'm****uming all of this because I was literally a couple days late on a f-ing payment.... I am guessing, because I STILL don't know who this was harassing me.
This number registered 38 times in 4 days to my number which is on the no call list. They were rude and obnoxious and would not identify why they were calling. Please investiage
If this is another HSBC ph # they need to be reported to the BBB ,,, this is harrassment , I owe them nothing. they are annoying, always calling my new cell and no.. How do these people get ph #'s that do not belong to one of their accounts ? The FCC should contact them about these unethical practices,,, asap!
I have been receiving many calls from this number ,everyday , numerous times,, I had this phone number less than 1 day with my new cell phone and all sorts of telemarketers and bill collectors s****ed calling,, I owe them nothing and it is harrassment to continue calling someone because they have now acquired some dead beats old phone number . The FCC should put a a stop to this practice .
This is HSBC credit card related collections
This phone number is Best Buy. I forgot to make my paymnet this month, give me a break. They call constantly, they call then it is another 2 or 3 minutes and then they call a***n. Then it could be a couple of hours but they do call from early morning u til late at night. I c****ed my phone number on the account to my cell and I made my October paymnet. I was 2 days late. As soon as I get this credit card payed off I don't want to mess with this company.
Not behind on any payments!
I receive numerous calls every day from this number. I have called my two car payment places this month and told them that I would be late on my payment and when it would be made. I do not know who these people are but when they call, they stay on the phone for 20-60 seconds and just laugh in the background. I never answer the phone so my answering ma****e always takes the calls. The calls that they don't laugh on the message, the just never leave a message. if they actually were trying to collect a debt and wanted me to call them back, they should leave a message. If they want to play those games, so can I.
10 or more times a day
i've got this number calling me now, too, claiming that i owe money on an account that isn't mine. it's the wrong spelling of my name, wrong birth year, incredibly incorrect address, and yet, they claim that they can't stop until i give them my FULL social security number to clairfy that this really isn't me. I'm filing a report with the BBB, the FTC, and the Chicago Police. i suggest you all do the same, as a fwe minutes of googling HSBC and their practices proves that they are on shaky ground.

i already paid, and they keep calling me!
also:
They s**** calling at 9:00 in the morning and go all day until 10:00 at night. We are under a debt re-management plan so why they are calling is beyond me. The agency pays them. They never leave a message except once when a foreign voice waited until the end of the answering ma****e message and said*****o, miss line,*****o
This HSBC and they are known for computer info calls. The computers calls you at random times throughout the day...when you answer it shows HSBC when is a good time to reach you with an actual live representative. Ignore them it cost then millions a year for this service!
This # has called me more than 20 times in 2 days. I finally called them back and asked why they are calling and who they are, and the lady told me I was late on a credit card. I said WHAT! I have no credit card! She asked my name, and told me she was looking for a Lisa Wagner. I told I have never heard of her, and told her to never call my number a***n. I got her name and told her if I get called a***n I will **** her up. I gues this "lisa Wagner" gave HSBC a *** phone #, or they have the phone number wrong in the system. Whatever...
we have gotten 6 phone calls from them since 7 am this morining......we are having financial problems somewhat and they know that and except all we are doing to rectify but they still contunue to call................***mer
They call several times per day and when I answer no one is there. Then the line automatically disconnects.
Switched numbers from
They call repeatedly and then when you answer it is a rude person or a dead line...I wish I could get a hold of there home number...
Calling several times a day. They do not leav e a message.
yeah Im getting called all the time. early in the morning, late at night etc. I owe them 2 dollars from my last bill. So funny yhtey must be loosing money trying to collect from me. The thing I hate the most is when I do answer it is silent like a prank call. So until this forum I had no idea who it was.
The call every hour 6 or more times a day. I know I own them money but they are the ones who messed up my Office Max account in February and they have never sent me a bill. I don"t have a account number so I can't call for a amount. These people never give up. I am on the No call list.
Calls and has a recording when you answer the phone. it's a waste of cell minutes and time. Thanks.
They call me like 10 times a day on my cell. I know I owe money.. just leave me alone its called losing ones job. =/ Oh well.
I have no bills that are overdue so this can't be for a billing. They need to quit calling. If they are trying to sell so****ing there is no way I would buy from them on the phone or at a business with all this harassment!!! I am also on the "do not call" listing - doesn't do much good - huh?!?!?!?
HSBC Retail Services 1-800-365-6538
Multiple calls per day over a 1-month period. For 2 months prior, they were calling as "unknown" up to 10 times per day. No message, usually **** up when answered, sometimes leave several minutes of background noise on voicemail.
calls five to eight times a day. Never leaves a message. Even calls when we are in bed. Getting very annoying
Calling several times a day
I get this same phone call even though I've told them numerous times to stop!
This number is for HSBC and often calls me for Best Buy s****ing the day after if your bill is late. They'll generally call 6-8 times a day, ranging from the morning all the way to late afternoon.
However calls from this number does not stop.
They have called 6 times today asking for my son who does not live here. This is HSBC Retail Services. I explained each time that he does not live here and that they need to contact him on his cell phone. I gave them this cell nuber each time, yet they continue to call my home. The last call I informed them that I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. It is to the point of harrassment. My home phone is on the National Do Not Call Listing.
a real pain....this company and its affiliates call regularly at all hours. FCC should put a stop to it!
