i have received multiple harrassing calls from this company. they attempted to tell me i had a number of bad checks that i owed them for from 3 years ago. i have never had a checking account. don't give them a cent. it seems like a real scam.
Paragon Way. Collects old uncollectable debts for a discount. Very aggressive. Debts usually over 8 years & past statute of limitations. Don't care of they are legitimate or not. May ask for ****n payments, which would legitimize the debts (hurting your credit). Solution: If not legitimate, pay nothing. Write certified letter asking them to not contact you anymore.
