Paragon Way. Collects old uncollectable debts for a discount. Very aggressive. Debts usually over 8 years & past statute of limitations. Don't care of they are legitimate or not. May ask for ****n payments, which would legitimize the debts (hurting your credit). Solution: If not legitimate, pay nothing. Write certified letter asking them to not contact you anymore.
