LR They told me my payment didn't work and I had to send cash
they called as credit card services and would reduce interest rate and give me a 0% balance transfer

Calling every day the past three days. No prior calls.
This company referring to themselves as Dell Financial called 3 times today and wouldn't tell us why they were calling unless we verified personal information as to prove our iden***ies when she was the one who called us! She was adamenet about not telling me why she was calling unless I gave up the info which I didn't do.
Just got a call from the same number --- looked the number up on google and found this address--- the person who called asked for my manager and when I told him that the manager was not availabe and asked him if he would like to leave a message he said his name is Mr. Daniels and then ***g up the phone
