Mimi Got a call from these jokers. One says he is Alan Wright, one says Rodney Hatmaker. The idiots left the same jumbo garbage on our answering ma****e about investigating us & contacting our venders , bank & our state tax commission. LOL! Good thing we have a consumer credit protection agency in our state & we have forwarded the GREAT message that was left on our voice mail to them as evidence in our case & have filed a complaint for illegal collection practices.One company that sends their debts to this joker of a company is Plan Toys. Calls my unpublished home phone line at least 5 times per day. Called back and got some recorded message about talking to ladies.
I received a call from one Douglas Manning and he was a litigator for the company. He stated that I needed to contact them immediately and give them a check for the balance owed of $5000.00. I told him I don't have that kind of money and he said they would then sign a warrant for my arrest and to turn myself in for writing a bad check over state lines along with some other charges. I have recently called the 800-375-3009 and it has a message stating the # is invalid. Obviously another scam by the collection agency mentioned above.
