I finally asked this salesperson how long I have been a good customer? Then, the phone goes dead. I AM AND PROBABLY WILL BE A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR DIRECTV FOR YEARS TO COME! DISH NETWORK IF YOU HAVE T MISREPRESENT WHO YOU ARE, TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT, I'D SAY THAT PRETTY MUCH IS AN INDICATION OF HOW YOU OPERATE. BY the way, I recorded YOUR misleading contact call. I played it to DIRECTV with the number info. I'd probably think about lying to everyone and MISREPRESENT WHO YOU ARE!!

This number calls a minimum of 2-3 times per day and I usually ignore it. I decided to answer the phone tonight, basically to tell them to stop calling. I answered the phone and got dead silence. I sat on the phone and listened to dead silence for roughly one minute until the call ended itself.
I registered on donotcall.gov and received 2 calls while I was at work from the 1 800 number 2 weeks later. Very annoying.

According to their flyer, I would receive the home theater system after 6 months of continuous DirecTV service.After 6 months of continuous service I did not receive a home theater system, in fact I did not receive an email or anything from Direct Satellite Network Solutions. I called them in April, one of their representatives told me I should have received a form for the home theater system from them after my 6th month bill and that 'it was weird that I didn't receive anything'.He told me I¡ needed to complete the form and send it back with a copy of my receipt and that after they receive the forms they would send the home theater system. So after doing so I still received nothing from them, I had to call them a***n and then was informed that I would receive the system in June.June came and gone without even a word from Direct Satellite Network Solutions, I had to call them a***n and a***n but they always told me that there was a backorder and postponed the delivery date a***n and a***n. So far nothing has been received now.Moreover, I found they always c****e their phone number without any notice. I ordered the package by phone at 800-788-5332 but the phone number didn¡¯t work on July. After going through a lot of trouble I finally found a different number for their company 800-615-1621. However this phone number is also no longer was used like previous ¨C no body picked up the phone. I found the c****e a local number as 949-***-7160.They also delayed the delivery date to the end of this year with the some reason. As I know, they have been cancelled authorization by DirecTV and switched to Dish Network. I don't know if their still use some way to treat Dish Network's customers. However, I don't feel that I can really the package. It is only a promotion trick. I will keep updating if I get further information.

But, we don't!!! So that means QUIT CALLING US. It's getting to the point that I don't even want to answer my phone anymore to unknown numbers. So I let it ring, then look the number up online and add my complaints to sites like this. You'd think they'd get a clue already
