A google search found thishttp://www.creditlawgroup.com/about-us/locations.aspxA lawyer friend of mine says that they are probably just padding their call log to make it look like they are actually trying to contact you. It's supposed to be a common practice, that way they can say that you ignored them for ** months.
It happens almost every day at about 5 PM CDST.
