DC No answer when picked up, not going to call back someone who isn't even there.
Annoyed & Aggrevated Someone by the name of Dwayne Sparks calls me asks for me( and I don't tell him it's me) and then when I inquire what this is about he keeps inquiring when is a good time to get in touch with the person he's calling for. I tell him I will relay the message to that person and what is this regarding and will that person know why you are calling and all he says it's a "personal business matter". That is the first clue it's a SCAM/COLLECTION AGENCY. If your # is on the Do Not Call List-tell them that and that may get them to back off otherwise I suggest calling your Phone Provider and asking to have that # blocked..
lily Being terminaly ill and on oxygen 24/7, sleeping a great deal of the time, I am not a happy camper having the phone disturbing me. perhaps a lawsuit wood be of some use to you.

The people inviolved are Jared Whifield, Wesley Whitfield, Joanie Whitfield, Frank Lawarence,Real Fontiane,Jason Woolridge, EVERYTIME WE CALL THEY ARE FORCING THEIR EMPLOYESS TO USING FAKE NAMES. I have recieved a enail from an former employee and the Attorney General is needing all information they can get on these companys for Investgation...Everytime we call the person that talked to us before has left the Company... These people have left the Company Allen Hughes, Brian Davis,Elizibeth Fruaez, Paul White, Jason Woolridge and Real Fontaine, Jared Whtfield, Wesley Whitfield, Frank Lawrence is the ring leaders in these scams They will not return calls. We are getting information together for The FBI on all these Companys
They called my husbands cell about 3 weeks ago from a 314 #. I called them back. Answered the phone PA Enforcement. I spoke with one of their agents who was very rude when I was asking for information on the debt. I told him that I know my rights to have it in wr***ing. He said we have no rights at this point. Nothing has come of it at this point. I then had them call my work harassing me there from a 347#. I told them that they are a scam and that they have been reported. I haven't heard anything else from them. Today they called my cell looking for my husband from 913-674-5035 which is a totally new number and left the call back number of 800-403-7550 and the name PA Enforcement. They don't give up. I have reported them but to no avail. This number is listed out of At****son Kansas. They keep getting new numbers so that you can trace them
The caller identified himself as Steve Todd. When I called back, I got another person who was calling for his "boss" Michael. He volunteered the last 2 digits of an SSN and some names relative to the "file". When he was told that he was speaking to the wrong person he kept pressing for more info.
