Well, considering I'm only in high school and don't even have a credit/debit card and still live with my family, I have no reason to be receiving these calls. I get about 2 each day--some in the morning and some around 2:00 P.M. always with the same voice mail message...

They call every day, at least three times a day, and now they are calling me at work.When I ask where they are calling from, they give a very weird company name and say that they are located in New York.I told them that I will not confirm the social security number over the phone. Once I told a man that they should send me information via mail, but then he got upset with me and said that he already had.  I ***g up on him, and he called me back a***n, at work.

I just s****ed getting these calls on or around 21st Sept 2009. I'm being called at around 08:00 - 13:00 every other day but only during that one hour. A computer voice is saying so****ing about calling about a business opportunity? It's a scam of some sort! It's only calling my mobile not my home number and I've had this mobile number for quite a while.

A Computer voice leaves a message several times a day saying, "This is Chelsea from Enhanced Recovery Corporation" The thing is, they s**** the phone call with a lie. It's NOT Chelsea, it's a computer -- clearly a computer generated voice. I wouldn't object if it was a recording of someone named Chelsea, but it's not. Just be straight and tell us that this is an automated computer calling on behalf of XYZ company. There is no need to be secretive about who you are representing.

We received numerous calls from this company and told them on their third or fourth call that the person who they're trying to contact doesn't live here and not to call a***n, but they continued to call back.  We saved the caller ID the last six times they called and done a little research on the internet and found their number. 1-800-617-0049  Called it and they refered us to 1-800-586-0013 who we told not to call us a***n.  They said that it takes 48 hours to have our number removed from the call list.  I informed the lady that if we get another call we'll turn it over to the FCC and the AGs office for their support.  I have the letter ready to print ans send to the AG as they didn't honor our request before.

I called the number back and gave the reference number given on my voicemail.  I've had the same cell number for 6-7 yrs now.  They are trying to collect a debt on a Marie? Sutton.  Said they would remove my number and should stop receiving calls in 24 hrs.  We'll see how that goes.

after reading these comments, i know what youre going through. they call my personal cell phone asking for a man i dont even know. called people in india and nothing has c****ed. appartently he owned this number before me. i finally answered and said, im not this person, please take me off your list. they said ok. no calls since.

My husband spoke to them and they have no actual reason for calling us.  But they still continue to call.  They have even pulled a credit inquiry on us!  But we have never received anything in writing - and the calls have been every day for well over thirty days now.  I think this is a scam, where they call you regarding so****ing that was paid a long time ago (for us, an old mortgage that was never a bad account), because how could we sell a house with debt on it????  And why hasn't the bank ever contacted us, its only been about TEN YEARS?  Someone needs to find these people and shut them down!!!

These people call my house at all hours asking for someone whom I don't know and when I tell them they have the wrong number they call back a few moments later asking for the same person a***n. I have asking them to remove my number cause it is UNLISTED and they won't. I have NEVER heard of this company before.

It is a***nst North Carolina law for someone to call a number with a prerecorded message without explicit written consent from the person they are calling.  This company is calling a high school.  I am calling to let them know I am turning them in to our Attorney General.

800 403 8950   When I call them back,  it is reported as a non working number.  The telephone provider must ensure that the parties who make phone calls are fully accountable and they must publish their credentials and allow the parties who receive the calls to communicate.  En***ies like this are responsible for the financial mess that we are experiencing today.  They allow shady financial organizations to terrorize people and to remain anonymous.  Shame to the phone companies who allow this and more shame to the gutless ins***utions who hide their numbers and iden***y.

This "company" operates under the gray and does not comply with state and federal law, and uses stolen information. The company should be subpoenaed, cited for illegal activity, and shut down immediately.

Do the same here for a CC my husband had. He's deceased and I'm not about to pay it. Was his, not mine.Get at least 2 calls a day. I let the ma****e grab it.

They call my job about 5-6 times a day and the messages s**** at 5am. I did call them back and it was for a credit card that I am making payments on. I told them not to call my place of employment anymore because it is illegal once you tell them not too.

Called about a debt that was already settled,very rude threatening,lying -- where do they get their info????

Called us at 5:27 AM.  I thought that was illegal.
