ARS has been calling me twice a day until I spoke with them. They were looking for someone else with my name. Once I told them I wasn't the person they were looking for, they said they would update their files... We shall see if they do and stop calling me.

I have had 2 charges come out of my account in the last 2 months for these people. They will not allow me to provide do***entation of proof of the charges as they cannot receive incoming e-mails, there is no possible way to be transferred to upper management even though they "say" your concerns are being addressed by them and they also cannot make outbound calls to call you back when your concerns are addressed! I had to cancel my card and I've filed an FBI website fraudulant claim and a fraudulent claim with my bank. It's ridiculous!!
The XM ***nds is known for taking money out of people's bank accounts without the people's authorization. They also have horrible customer service. Beware of any business dealings with this company as they are not honest people to deal with.
