Leave a Commentcalled saying that I will be served papers by an officer unless I pay 795.00 in attorney fees same day. Otherwise will be taken to court. Officer never shows, then called back-extending time for week-due to hardship. They've given me a Bank of America Acct to transfer funds to. For a Chase acct. I supposedly owe 3800.00 on-that I have never had? I'm confused!
